Smoke House Charcoal BBQ

Are you one of those who is particular about the quality of beef served to you?
Are you willing to pay for quality beef that melts in your mouth?
Are you back from your holiday in Japan and craving some authentic air flown Japanese beef?

Here at Smoke House Charcoal BBQ, diners can expect rare quality meat that is specially imported from Japan. Spearheaded by award-winning Master Chef Naoki Tsuzuki, SmokeHouse promises a unique Japanese DIY BBQ experience at its best for diners to enjoy the ideal way of barbecuing the high-grade meats offered.

Are you drooling already?

SmokeHouse boasts a wide variety of affordable premium meat parts of Japanese Wagyu beef not found in our local butchery, such as the chuck flap and flank steak parts. Other specially imported beef, pork, lamb and poultry include those from various parts of Japan as well as Australia. Diners can also look forward to the attractively displayed meats, sausages, seafood, delicatessen (cooked food such as grilled fish and roast beef), souzai (Japanese side dishes) and drinks (such as wines, shochu, sake, beer and soft drinks).

The quality meats of high rarity value are sold in pieces so that diners may enjoy the many different parts of the meats in their desired quantities. SmokeHouse's Japanese and local chefs are specialized in cutting meats in the way that it can be best appreciated, so diners are in good, extensively trained hands.

On the retail front, SmokeHouse also carries unique Japanese products not sold anywhere else. Find a selection of specially imported Japanese products personally selected by the Master Chef such as Otsunami (dried fish snacks), sweets (mini cakes, waffles, sweet potato products, etc) and original sauces - homemade Yakiniku (BBQ) Sauce, Shio (Salt) or Shoyu (Soy Sauce) flavours. SmokeHouse also prides itself on being the all-encompass store for BBQ gear like BBQ nets, charcoal, fire starter, canned wax, tongs and skewers.

The uniqueness of SmokeHouse also derives from its easy-to-follow four-step dining concept. Food items and beverages can be purchased from the retail section, then barbecued and consumed in the comfort of the stylish dining area equipped with a professional BBQ table. Dine-in customers, upon paying a nominal cover charge between $8 to $10 per pax, are able to enjoy their already purchased food items with a free flow buffet spread of side dishes including salads, soups and rice.

Thi self-service concept provides customers the joy of barbecuing their own food and relieves them of additional service charge typical of other full-service restaurants. Diners can therefore look forward to donning on aprons and grabbing a pair of tongs to get hands on in cooking their own meal just the way they like it!

And I left on extremely sweet note thanks to this awesome slice of melon from Japan.
Thank you Tsutsui-San and Rachel for the awesome hospitality!
I will definitely make a return visit back here :)
