Marmalade Pantry

Dinner without a queue

I was flipping through my Entertainer App when I came across a deal for Marmalade Pantry. Having not been to Marmalade Pantry in years, I immediately texted A to ask if she would like to have our dinner there.

A had the spicy crabmeat pasta filled with pine nuts, tomatoes and chilli. When I tasted it, it was indeed spicy but also flavourful.

As for me, I had the seared scallop and prawns. I really loved my pasta. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the prawns went so well with the dish. A pity they only gave me two scallops. It definitely would have been better if there were more.

The Marmalade Pantry was rather empty, as most people, probably do not even know that this place exists. This Marmalade pantry outlet is actually located in a hotel. The Oasis hotel to be exact. And, this restaurant is hidden behind the hotel lobby, which makes it even more difficult to have walk-in visitors. But nevertheless, I totally enjoyed, the quiet atmosphere that was surrounding the restaurant. I could catch up with my friend, without feeling guilty of holding the other would be patrons up.

I know the Marmalade Pantry is famous for their desserts, but I had to give it a skip this time around, as I was very full after my meal. But being a food blogger, I couldn't resist taking a shot of their really pretty cupcakes.

So dam pretty!!! Could I take each of you home???
They have a bar for chilling out too. After work drinks anyone?
